Comments

At this time, comments are accepted only in the form of email contact. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the contact form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Emails sent to Aging Balance become the property of Aging Balance and may be reprinted in part or in whole for any purpose.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How we protect your data

No financial information is collected or stored by this website, Aging Balance, or its representatives. All financial transactions are through the external website, PayPal, which maintains excellent security standards and history. Personal information, including names, email addresses, and addresses, will not be sold or otherwise distributed to outside sources. Email subscribers may occasionally receive promotional and informational emails with opt-out instructions. No personal information is stored on this website.

What data breach procedures we have in place

All financial transactions are handled by a third party (PayPal) through a redirect to their website, which has an excellent security history. All PayPal policies and terms apply as outlined on their website. They do not share financial or confidential data with Aging Balance, only that which is deemed necessary to fulfill an order.

Third party plugins, including MailChimp and JetPack, are used on this site which may use cookies to collect and analyze data.
